Mr. Hoover joined the SCA faculty in 2023. After retiring from the U.S. Army, he taught for 20 years, mostly in special education. Mr. Hoover has sought to go where God leads him.
"I enjoy adventure, and the Lord has blessed me with years of adventure in education and in the Middle East. I considered it a blessed opportunity to openly share God's love and my faith at SCA. I look forward to helping prepare God's children for fruitful lives in Christ."
Mr. Hoover is married to Denise, and they have three wonderful adult children and nine amazing grandchildren.
