Glorifying God Through the Arts


The Virtuosity! Program at SCA emphasizes excellence in the arts. Through lessons and performance opportunities, students develop their talents and use them to glorify the Lord. Students participating in Virtuosity! are encouraged to uphold the highest standards in a personal commitment to both refine their skills and appropriately evaluate the arts.

Lessons Provided

Half-hour lessons are available before, during, and after school. On-site and virtual options are available.

Piano - Grades K-12
Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone - Grades 3-12
Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium - Grades 4-12
Violin, Viola, Cello - Grades K-12
Voice - Grades 5-12
Guitar - Grades 4-12
Percussion - Grades 4-12
Worship Band - Grades 5-8 

Students need to have the proper tools for lessons; i.e., instrument, books, and a quiet place at home for daily practice. 


Program Fees

Registration Fee (due at contract signing) - $35
(No fee for returning students who enroll in the spring for the following year.)

Virtuosity! T-shirt - $7

Monthly Lesson Fee (September-May) - $95 (unless otherwise specified by the Virtuosity! Director) 

The cost of books/materials will be determined by the teacher. Parents are responsible for book/material purchases. Parents are responsible for providing a good quality instrument for at-home practice. All fees will be billed on a monthly basis (September-May) through your SCA FACTS account.

One recital performance opportunity will be provided each semester, one in December and one in May.
