Camp Eagle Summit campers will enjoy Summit Waves on Monday/Friday, events on campus Tuesday/Thursday, and field trips on Wednesday and occasional Tuesdays.

Camp Eagle Summit and Camp Eagle Summit Jr. are held on the SCA campus during the summer months. Camp Eagle Summit is designed for students who will enter 1st through 6th grade in the fall. Camp Eagle Summit, Jr. is for children ages 2-1/2 by June 1st and potty-trained through entering Kindergarten in fall 2026.

Summit Christian Academy serves Christian families by partnering with parents and the church. At least one parent must have made a profession of faith in Christ and agree with our Foundational Documents. A pastor reference will be requested as part of the enrollment process.

SCA utilizes faculty and staff to facilitate the summer camp  program. Program Director is Fourth Grade teacher Kara Bartow. To apply, use the link in the Enrollment section below.

Dates and Hours

Camp is daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Camp dates for 2026 are June 1 - August 7. No camp July 3rd.

Fees & Billing Policy

Enrollment/Activity Fee (includes one camp shirt): $75 nonrefundable fee per child ($100 after April 15)

Camp Eagle Summit Jr Fees: $225/week (7:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Camp Eagle Summit Fees: $200/week (7:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Billing Policy: Weekly camp fees and lunch charges will be billed through your FACTS Family Portal. After you enroll, the finance office will send a letter with instructions on how to set up automatic payments (ACH) in the FACTS Family Portal. Detail of charges can be seen by logging in to your FACTS Family Portal. Fees are due and will be deducted via ACH on Thursday of the week before your camper attends. (We highly recommend ACH. If you choose not to set up ACH, payment must be made before dropping your camper off each week.) Billing notices are sent via email from the FACTS Family Portal.

Families are responsible for payment of their selected weeks regardless of child’s attendance. Daily staffing is based on the number of students who have made a reservation. Changes to selected weeks must be preapproved two weeks in advance by the Director. No exceptions will be made. Absences due to illness are not refundable and are not transferable to a different day.

Summit Waves

Summit Waves Pass (for full-day campers in grades 1-6): In addition to camp registration and weekly fees, you will need to purchase a Summit Waves Pass for each camper if you don’t already have one. Lunch

Lunch: Campers may bring a sack lunch or order a sack lunch (entree and two sides) for $4.50.
