Coach Giger joined the SCA faculty in 2023. Prior to coming to SCA, he served as head freshman football coach and sports performance coach at Lee's Summit North, and served as assistant football coach at Blue Springs South from 2015-18, and supported the 2015 Class 6A State Champions.

Coach Giger served as a volunteer assistant strength coach at Kansas State University and the U.S. Air Force Academy. Throughout his career, he has supported several athletes representing the NFL, NHL, MLB, and UFC.

Coach Giger has supported numerous athletes participating in the NFL Combine including 14 first round draft selections in the 2011 NFL Draft. Furthermore, he has developed strength and conditioning programs for several military installations and has presented for many leading organizations in the sports performance field. Coach Giger is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and USA Weightlifting.
