An annual tradition at SCA is to pause and take time to celebrate our Moms and Mother Figures at Morning with Moms! What a fun morning we had on Wednesday, September 20 celebrating our kiddos and Moms AND eating a few too many donuts!! “May the Lord richly bless both you and your children. May you be blessed by the Lord, who made heaven and earth.” Psalm 115:14-15

SENIOR CHAPEL HIGHLIGHTS FOR CLASS OF 2024

SCA Senior Chapel for the SCA Class of 2024 Speakers. A long-standing tradition at Summit Christian Academy is for the senior class to go beyond the walls of SCA and serve as a group on the senior mission trip! The SCA Class of 2024 served in Nashville, Tennessee. This was the 20th year that SCA has sent the senior class out to serve on a mission trip. The SCA Class of 2024 shared a powerful message of what God did in their lives as they served, and the purpose that they feel has been put on their hearts to serve Him this year!

First Day of School for 2023-24 School Year

We had a wonderful start to the first day of the 2023-24 school year for Summit Christian Academy. It is our 34th first day of school at Summit Christian! We are so thankful for God's Goodness! Our theme for this year is All in 4 Him based on Jeremiah 29:13, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." We are Blessed to serve God here at Summit Christian and we firmly believe that over 1200 students that are part of the SCA are Just Beginning and will go FAR!

Summit Christian Academy Elementary Field Day 2023

Athletics
A long standing tradition at Summit Christian Academy is field day. A day when the students spend time outside the classroom doing physical activity, water games, relay races, and many other fun activities! Also part of this tradition is the relay race between the SCA faculty & staff and students. This year the SCA 6th grade class were victorious over the SCA faculty and staff. Summit Christian Academy Senior/Kindergarten Walk 2023

We love celebrating the outstanding students at SCA! We were blessed on May 2, to carry out the tradition of the SCA Senior/Kindergarten walk! It is a very special time when our Seniors prepare to go beyond the walls of SCA, and at the same time our Kindergarten students settle in and move on to the next grade level at SCA to learn and grow in their walk! Congratulations to the SCA Class of 2023 and future SCA Class of 2035! Our prayer is that God continues to work to inspire the gifts and talents in you and through you to serve Him! Summit Christian Academy Theatre presents Peter Pan

Events
The Summit Christian Academy (SCA) Theatre Department will present Peter Pan on the stage at SCA at 7 p.m. February 23, 24 and 25. Peter Pan tells the story of the Darling children and their love of Peter Pan’s adventures during his visits through the open window of the nursery. One night after Nana has taken his shadow and Wendy has sewn it back on, Peter Pan and Tinker Bell whisk the children off to Neverland to be part of the adventures. Wendy, John, and Michael become friends with the Lost Boys and Princess Tiger Lily, and Wendy becomes everyone’s mother. When the evil Captain Hook captures Wendy and the Lost Boys, Peter Pan comes to their rescue. Together with the ticking crocodile, Peter Pan puts Captain Hook in his place and returns the Darling children to their home. This production has something for all ages! Tickets can be purchased online at www.showtix4u.com (search “Summit Christian Academy”). Tickets are encouraged to be purchased in advance for $10, or $12 at the door (some shows will be sold out). Children to adults will enjoy this play that allows you to fly to Neverland!

Big Day. Big Deal. Big God. What a special week in the history of Summit Christian Academy. Opened for ministry as "Community Christian School" in 1989 with 32 students, now over 30 years later, we celebrate the amazing opening of the SCA Fieldhouse & Activity Center. We give Him Glory for all that He will do in this building! We want to share this video with you so you too can reflect on what God has brought us through, and offer gratitude for where God has brought us to.
