(Lee’s Summit) – Summit Christian Academy is pleased to announce that junior Charlotte Brownlee has been selected as the Missouri Senate District 8 Art Contest winner.
Charlotte Brownlee’s painting was selected by Senator Mike Cierpiot to represent District 8 in the Missouri Senate Hall Student Art Exhibit. A copy of her artwork will hang in the Senate hallway gallery from March 2023 through February 2024. Look for Charlotte’s original winning artwork, an acrylic painting titled “A Warm Embrace” on display by the Summit Christian Academy Administrative Conference Room.
Charlotte is invited to an upcoming ceremony in Jefferson City to recognize the student artists.
