Summit Christian Academy Sophomore Competes in Rotary Four-Way Speech Contest

(Lee’s Summit) – Summit Christian Academy (SCA) is pleased to announce that sophomore Abigail Shanahan won the SCA Rotary 4 Way Speech contest and went on to share her speech at the Lee’s Summit Noon Rotary Club, where she earned third place.

The Four-Way Test Speech Competition requires students to prepare a five to seven minute speech to persuade others while applying the principles of the Rotary Four-Way test: “Is it the truth?”, “Is it fair to all concerned?”, “Will it build goodwill and better friendships?”, and “Will it be beneficial to all concerned?”.
