(Lee’s Summit) – Hundreds of students, faculty, staff, parents, and Covenant Church pastors from Summit Christian Academy (SCA) united together at the schools’ flagpoles on Wednesday for See You at the Pole (SYATP). SYATP is an annual, nation-wide initiative encouraging students to unite themselves in worship and prayer. It is a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led event. SCA kindergarten through 12th grade students gathered at the Elementary or Secondary flagpoles to pray for their friends, families, school, and nation, as well as held praise and worship time.

Summit Christian Academy (SCA) is an independent, non-denominational Christian school serving nearly 1200 preschool-12th grade students from over 195 area churches with a college preparatory Christian education. Summit Christian Academy is fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International and the North Central Association and provides a college-preparatory program, along with a full range of extracurricular activities. The staff and faculty at Summit Christian Academy strive to inspire students to discover and achieve their God-given potential.
