(Lee’s Summit, MO) – Summit Christian Academy (SCA) is pleased to announce that Senior Elissa Hesman was the recipient of the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce Education Committee’s $1,000 scholarship. One scholarship winner is selected from a Lee’s Summit private high school each year for college-bound high school seniors who have demonstrated a strong work ethic, community to community involvement, and an endless pursuit of continued growth and improvement in all facets of their lives.
Elisa will attend Grand Canyon University starting in the fall and plans to major in Pre-Medicine.
