Mr. Allen joined the SCA faculty in 2023. He grew up in Springfield, Missouri, and worked as a graduate assistant and coach at his alma mater, Evangel University. Mr. Allen supervised three different businesses over the past 20 years, from logistics to retail.

"Sports gave me an opportunity to continue my education. I never imagined the experiences and relationships that signing a letter of intent to play football at a small Christian university would bring. It allowed for me to deepen my relationship with the Lord, learn from those that I see as mentors, and to offer the same to future students and student athletes. The opportunities I have had remind me of how the Lord can take your experiences and help you build a platform to help others. I love building relationships with students and families and look forward to helping students build a platform for their future. Through my relationships, one in particular stands out the most. My late brother-in-law and former college teammate introduced me to his younger sister and we were married almost three years later."

Mr. Allen is married to Lacey and they have three girls, Layla, Saige, and Scarlett.
