Mrs. Clark joined the SCA faculty in 2023. She previously taught 2nd and 4th grades in the Independence School District. Mrs. Clark worked part-time for nine years as Children's Director at her home church, Oakwood Baptist, which allowed her to continue doing what she loves, while enjoying more time at home with her son Emmett and daughter Nora.

"I have substitute taught for the past two years, and it made me realize how much I missed teaching. My background in education and children's ministry has prepared me for this ministry, and I am so excited to be an SCA elementary teacher!"

Mrs. Clark has lived in the KC area her entire life. She is married to Nathan and they still attend church where they met as children. Their children will join her at SCA, and their whole family is excited for this next chapter in their lives.
