Prior to joining SCA in 2015, Mr. Quessenberry spent 19 years as a baseball coach, and physical education and social studies instructor from the kindergarten to senior level in college. He worked in public education for 10 years and spent the last 9 years at Evangel University.
"God has blessed me with a variety of opportunities at different levels, school sizes and environments. I am excited to see God's plan unfold at SCA. I pray that He allows me to have a strong impact at SCA and that He will guide me in building upon what is already a great athletic department, academic institution, and Christian environment."
Mr. Quessenberry has been married to Darla for 21 years and they have one daughter who attends SCA.
